Synova portfolio company, National Education Group (“NEG”), a market-leading provider of digital content and software solutions that empower education workforces worldwide, has strengthened its software portfolio by acquiring BlueSky Education, the leading online platform for workforce appraisals and performance management in schools.
The acquisition will see BlueSky’s pioneering appraisal management software join NEG’s portfolio of solutions, including their award-winning professional development platform, The National College, to help schools complete the full cycle of professional development for their staff.
The acquisition follows the announcement in July last year when NEG acquired The School Bus, enabling schools and education settings to achieve whole-school compliance via one integrated software platform.
